The Plot

Set during the Deathly Hallows, what would have been Harry's Seventh year, so it contains Deathly Hallow Spoilers!
[There, just in case, I said it :D]

Dumbledore is dead, the Ministry has fallen to the Dark Lord and Deatheaters are everywhere. Muggleborns are widely and legally persecuted - many are going into hiding. The Order of the Phoenix too is gone. All hopes lie on Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, though he's recently been accused of Dumbledore's murderer, and after leaving Hogwarts at the end of his 6th year hasn't been seen or heard from.

Hogwarts is much changed too. With Dumbledore gone, Severus Snape is ruling Headmaster. Two notorious Deatheaters, the Carrows, have been brought in to teach. Muggle studies now reflects the Ministry's new policies on Muggleborns, and Defence Against the Dark Arts now simply practices the Unforgivables on rule-breaking students.

The group calling themselves 'Dumbledore's Army' is leading a resistance within the school, though with the Carrows' brutal punishments how long such a resistance will last is anyone's guess....
