To The Attention of all students, by decree of the Muggle-Born Registration Commission.



The Muggle-Born Registration Commission has decreed that all Witches && Wizards of Muggle heritage must publicly register themselves as such.
Any failure to comply with this will be taken directly as resistance to the new Minister, Pius Thicknesse, and will be punished accordingly.
